Dendrochilum formosanum

Minature grower. Golden yellow flowers on a long pendulous spike. A small pseudobulbed gem that will grow into a specimen in a 4"pot.

Culture notes

Use shredded spaghnam and isolite (polystyrene) mix or similar media that will stay damp but not soggy wet. Comes from Formosa and likes warm to intermediate conditions.
Although Dendrochilums are often mountain plants, they are very adaptable to cultivation.
